Positive: One night, nice setting, quiet. Beautiful and large room. Big bed. Very nice terrace near the small swimming pool (at 20°... and beautiful bar and restaurant decor. Negative: It's a REALLY shame that I couldn't have a coffee in the morning with the Nespresso. There was mold at the bottom of the water tank (which happens when water is left to stagnate without drying . Concerning the toilets... The toilet block is poorly fixed and moves a lot... Very unpleasant, and risk of flooding... Disappointing for a Novotel!
my spouse and I wanted to thank the dolphin employed on the night of 08/07/22 to 08/08/22. Indeed, after the deterioration the flight of our luggage in our car, it was hope. She welcomed us with benevolence and calm, was available and listened to for any question about the room. we parked the vehicle in the hotel parking lot with the broken glass. when we woke up, a sack was put in order to secure the vehicle to the maximum. there are still good people in this world, and dolphin is one of them.
A nice weekend. positive points: a very good bedding, a restaurant/bedroom service with a good price, a pleasant staff, small necessary in the room for the morning (café, tea, tea). negative points: there was a switch in the wall that left a hole in the place, the pool not accessible at that moment with the number of children present, the products offered including only empty containers remained.

Nice staff and good bed. The dinner was fine with the price of a little glass of rose mega. 8 euros and glass of chablis 9 euros.
