restaurant recommended by the guide michelin with 2 tasting menus. one of snacks, three passes and dessert for 37,50€ which is the one we have chosen. good menu, excellent presentation and high quality. butterfly with white truffle, grinding oil and myjito salt with handmade breads. the appetizer, a black mall pork pate with salty cookies. a melosy rice of rabbit and mattresses, a cod crep and shrimp soller with spicy sauce of mallorca and black pork loin with foie. we have drank a mesh wine, pecat and dessert requeson with almond and algarroba. excellent menu creative presentations and good service. fully recommended
It is a very recommended restaurant and you have to make pre-book, I called on the phone and they still placed us on the terrace closed and with stoves, although we got into the desserts because the cold has been rigorous this spring. you have to order the tasting menu, or not, depending on whether you drink and whatever you want to spend. cream of nabs with foie, carpaccio of veal, negret gratined with all i oli or singlemillo of black pig, are some of the delicious dishes you can try in this place are five round dishes, well presented, and that honor the product of the land and the season. to repeat.
Unfortunately extremely disappointed. The food just didn't justify the price. But if you can only choose between two menus, you should be able to rely on the quality. On the whole, however, a very attentive service and very elegant with the stones as decorative plates, homemade bread, olive oil and the special salt as a cuvert cover.
