EL MEJOR RESTAURANTE DE LA ISLA! Sólo entrar te transporta a un lugar mágico, su decoración y vegetación hacen que la estancia sea maravillosa. La zona chilla out es un lugar perfecto para saborear sus deliciosos cócteles. La zona del restaurante con su iluminación te prepara para degustar mágicamente sus deliciosos platos. Los raviolis con pera y el risotto son una auténtica explosión de sabores exquisitos que se tiene que probar. Silvia y todos los empleados son unos auténticos profesionales que se encargan que tu estancia allí sea de película. En relación calidad precio de la isla este esta más que justificado. Volveremos en nuestras próximas escapadas a Formentera. Gracias !
If someone visits Formentera island it has to visit Can Carlos. Is the coolest, super nice food and service place in Formentera. Silvia and his colleagues will look incredibly well after everyone that visits them. Menu is ample and varied, food quality is supreme, service is too class and nice and, overseeing every detail, there is Silvia! Thanks for another fantastic summer Can Carlos team! My family and friends love you and your work! See you in 2023!!
Far too expensive compared to the quality and quantities.. . Card with Italian connotation . According to other friends who went there regularly, it is not at all as good as before. no measures against mosquitoes are put in place, not even citronella. A meal at more than 120€ per head to end up having a bad evening being constantly eaten by mosquitoes. On the other hand, the service is impeccable and the setting pleasant.
Restaurante en Sant Francesc en Formentera espectacular sitio,puedes tomarte una copa en la zona chillout y después cenar en un ambiente súper acogedor y la comida buenísima y de primera calidad.También hacer mención a Silvia muy atenta y simpática con nosotros y siempre que vamos a Formentera es uno de los restaurantes para repetir sin dudarlo.

We have been coming to Can Carlos since 2015 and it is a true establishement that maintains its excellent quality of food, wonderful atmosphere, and solid service. Wonderful and currently one of the best of best, if not the best, in Formentera.
Extraordinario restaurante. Insuperable comida, servicio y ambiente. Año tras año Silvia y su equipo mantienen un nivel magnífico. Indiscutiblemente el mejor restaurante de Formentera. Muy pronto volveremos a estar ahí!
We all thought that the food was exceptional (especially the zucchini carpaccio and pear ravioli) as was the service from start to finish and the atmosphere is lovely. I can’t believe we have not been here before !
