I am appalled at the restaurants stroller policy. The excuses they have listed regarding being a fire risk, and concerns over health and safety would still be valid with customers requiring a wheelchair. Do they refuse service and discriminate against other patrons? I would hope not, so is it just parents they discriminate against? Rather than listing excuses trying to defend their abhorrent policy, just admit you’re not willing to cater for young families. When we arrived at the restaurant it was empty and there was substantial room both inside and outside allowing for the ability to park a stroller against a wall without affecting walkways. This charming restaurant offers high-quality ingredients and a variety of options on a small menu. They also offer some non-traditional Greek dishes. Although they do not list their desserts, I am eager to try them. The interior architecture could use some improvement, but there is a nice blend of Greek aesthetics. Keeping it simple may be the best approach.
Absolutely fantastic dining experience at Canal Street Grill. The Beet Salad and Mussels were outstanding, but the highlight was our server Fran. She was attentive, friendly, and offered excellent suggestions. We will definitely be returning. Overall, a perfect 5 out of 5 for the food, service, and atmosphere.

This restaurant is absolutely stunning and offers a diverse menu featuring both Greek and non-Greek options. I particularly enjoyed the dolmas and the hummus with chips appetizers. The kebabs and lamb dishes were also exceptional. Additionally, the restaurant is BYOB.
The chicken was overly cooked and lacked moisture. We dined in for dinner and found the price per person to be in the $20-30 range. The food received a rating of 3, while the service and atmosphere both scored a 5.
