I had high hopes for Cañas Restaurant And Bar after reading all the great reviews, so I decided to give it a try. I was prepared for a noisy atmosphere, and it was indeed loud, but that wasn’t my main issue. I ordered the beef with onions and peppers from the menu, but unfortunately, I couldn’t eat it. The dish was cold, the beef was tough, and it seemed like it might have come from a previously unfinished plate. The only thing I could enjoy were the fries, which were just passable. Surprisingly, no one asked why I left most of my food untouched. I paid and left with a rather unpleasant experience.
I ordered this from UberEats and it was definitely not what my boyfriend and I expected. We also had terrible communication with the store and the UberEats app. This dish was really disgusting, could not tell what exactly was put in this. The sauce isawful, it does not taste right at all or even look appealing. The pineapple doesn't even make sense with the sauce. The food wasalso cold. It says that the chicken is grilled but it definitely does not taste that way.

Oh boy. I read great reviews here and wanted to give it a try. I know it would be loud and it was but not complaining about that. I ordered the beef with onions and peppers. Couldn't eat it. It was cold, beef was hard, and it looks like it came fromanother unfinished plate. Could eat only the fries as they were half decent. Of course, they didn't ask why I didn't eat myplate so I paid and left. Unpleasant experience so say the least.
This restaurant is ghetto! Very disappoint with this place. I placed and order via UberEats around 11pm. It is now 1:38am (2 1/2 hours later) and I still have yet to received the order. I've been requesting updates via the App and calling the restaurant directly. The phone just rings out. Very dissatisfied customer. Will never dine in or takeout from this place again.
Waited 2 hours for delivery. It never came. When you call the business phone number listed you get sent to a voicemail box that is full. Watch where you spend your ????
This spot simply knows how to take care of their customers. Always with a friendly approach. The food is affordably priced, always delightful and neat.
