First time here. You'd think on Saturday late afternoon/early evening they'd have a proper staff. Poor guy trying to help us was completely overwhelmed. We sat for almost twenty minutes without drinks. Same for the neighboring tables. We ordered the trio to start with. It was very mehhh... I finally cancelled my drink order at the 25th minute and we decided to leave and cross the street and eat. Won't be in a hurry to return. This was on management. For the prices you charge Cantina Loca, do better!!
Very mediocre! We ordered a large queso and they brought out the smallest bowl EVER! And the queso tasted like Tostitos from Kroger. My friend order a fajita quesadilla and here is her take: it was subpar. The veggies inside the quesadilla were not grilled, raw in fact. The cheese was dried up in the quesadilla.The carnitas were dry but it was seasoned well. The plantains were a sweet surprise!Good drinks and great service! The staff was really kind. I probably won’t eat here again.
Terrible service. Multiple orders were wrong. One order food was cold. Another order came out 15 mins after the other orders came out. Asked multiple times for salt shaker and ketchup. Server was not helpful and kept disappearing. We had to ask another server to find out server. The food that was suppose to be corrected and brought back out, we never got and ended up leaving. My family and I will never come back here.
First time here. Awesome bar tender/manager! Had a great convo with her. She even went out of her way to make the chicken shredded instead of diced for my layered nachos herself. Now that's excellent customer service. She makes a great margarita and the food was excellent. We will be back next Friday for sure! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I love the location. The service was beyond compare!!! The employees were so friendly and inviting. The armosphere is warm and comfortable. The food is bland. Nothing was made wrong or tasted gross, but just flat and bland. Again, the service was amazing!
Caelyn the bartender is great! She is on top of things and I never have to wait for a refill on drinks or chips. The food is good and the atmosphere is great with an outdoor porch area. If you are in the Sugarhill area, this is a great place to go.

First time eating here. This place is great! Great food, great service, very nice location. Highly recommend. The fajita burrito was AWESOME!!!
