We called in this little bar for a drink during our visit to Sintra. It was an unusual place and there seemed to be a lot of locals in it and that was the reason why we chose this place above the rest. We were...not disappointed, the service was friendly, although we were asked to move to a different table as we were not eating. We had a few small snacks and drinks, it was reasonably priced and the service was good. It was a super watering hole in a super quaint village.
Lovely little place in the old part of town in Sintra. Really good value for the beer, served in tankards to keep your beer nice and cold. Attentive service, family run, great sense of humour. It's cramped but that is part of the charm. We...didn't have any food but it looked good!
Ambiente aconchegante, boa música, cerveja barata e grandes coquetéis. O restaurador perfeito depois de passear por Sintra e estar cansado, com fome e com sede. Recomendo sentar-se ao ar livre para observar as pessoas e apanhar sol à tarde.
We had douro wine, goat cheese and sardines. It was good, sitting outdoors in the only available table : Nice place to eat something but may not for a full on lunch. Pit stop between climbing roads… Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Sat inside and had a tuna salad (nice and fresh) both sandwiches we had were large and toasted (both ok) Douro reserva Tintoretto by the glass was very good, overall a nice simple lunch and good.
This is my favorite tavern in Sintra. It has a United Kingdom pub vibe. They are very welcoming and offer a variety of local beer.
Ótimo pequeno bar com uma atmosfera animada. Só queria que eles fechassem depois das 20h!
