I am only leaving a review because i am SHOCKED at the positive reviews/star level this place has and it's SO misleading that I felt the need to correct it LOCATION Impossible to find First, this place is literally impossible to find. I walked all around the Venetian shops/canal etc, I asked every security guard and retail worked and NO ONE had heard of this place...why? Because it's actually on the Palazzo side, BEHIND a security check point (where you need a hotel key to get in) and then UP an elevator in a random corner. What?? I was thrilled that my server readily accommodated my SOS-free vegan requests! I highly recommend the quinoa bowl with added baked tofu, pomegranate seeds, and fresh mixed berries for lunch. I chose to skip the roasted garbanzo beans to keep it oil and salt-free. I was also very pleased with the steel cut oats topped with cinnamon, flax, and chia seeds, along with berries for a wholesome, filling, and delicious SOS-free vegan breakfast!
Food was exceptional; I had the avocado toast with egg. A small salad was included containing pomegranate, onion and cucumber it was so good! Service was great our server, Summer, was knowledgeable of the menu and visited us several times during our meal she made the overall experience a good one.
Very few food options and over 30 minutes of wait for some very simple foods. They incorrectly made the omelette and the bison burger was both bland and dry. There is no reason to waste 20-30 dollars per person on this restaurant when there are plenty of better ones in Vegas. Also hard to find.

It's tough to figure out how to get in if you aren't staying in the hotel, but this was my favorite restaurant of our trip. The staff is wonderful and the food is top quality. Even the coffee was delicious! Try their cocktails!
Dietary restrictions: They were amazing in accommodating my gluten allergy by modifying the dishes I was interested in. They also have gluten free bread and bagels!
The breakfast was outstanding, with fresh ingredients! I especially enjoyed the fruit served with granola and Greek yogurt!
Great food and service, I'll be back for sure. Great breakfast and smoothies! Too bad hey close early afternoon.

The yogurt is excellent, especially the honey flavor. The shrimp tacos are decent, and the coffee is quite good!
