We only came for a two-way dinner. The reception and service were exceptional: listened servers, attentive and always present when needed without even having to lift the little finger and without being invasive. The kitchen is partly local and whether from the entrance, passing through the dish to the dessert, everything was very nicely presented and especially very good. The setting is also very pleasant: the terrace view is beautiful and the very cute restaurant. We can also point out the number of covers that is fairly low, which allows you to enjoy a fairly quiet atmosphere. We will come back with great pleasure.
That of happiness: it was on the occasion of a Wonderbox offered by our children that we selected this restaurant: we were not disappointed, it was excellent, the dishes, from the entrance to the dessert, are real works of art, as pretty to see as delicious, mixes of different cuisines of the world, cleverly dotted. The panoramic and diving view is unbeatable. The service is nickel and very friendly staff. The hotel has a lot of cachet, the decoration is made with taste. The whole gives an impression of calm and serenity. Go without hesitation, the client is a subscriber. Thanks again.
Lors d'un court séjour à Puylaurens nous avons dîné au Cap de Castel qui nous a été recommandé.Le repas était bon mais le service extrêmement long alors que seule la terrasse extérieure était occupée, la salle intérieure était complètement vide.Le cocktail nous a été offert pour nous remercier d'avoir patienter mais l'heure d'attente entre l'apéritif et l'entrée (une salade) nous a un peu gâché la soirée. Il faudrait peut être éviter de former des nouveaux apprentis en cuisine au mois d'août...!
