On the other hand, we tried to reach you several times to find the arrival schedule, in vain, the response machine acting as an answer. In addition, we were not offered to go directly to the pizzeria as you claim. Finally, I'm surprised to see that the cashing of 16 pizzas is painful for you (especially as in 10 minutes it was over, but neither will it be the last time. Although the usual and never disappointed customers with orders, your reaction is simply not adapted. Apologies and a commercial gesture would have ended the situation...

It's been 15 years since from time to time I place order and really it's the best pizzas, excellent paste and quality filling staff is super nice in addition.
