My family and I visited Cape Coast Cuisine after church, eager to enjoy some authentic African food and support the business. However, the staff member at the counter barely acknowledged us when we spoke to him. He had a sullen expression on his face, as if we were imposing on him by being there. Despite this, we went ahead and ordered two servings of banku with snapper. Unfortunately, the food took nearly an hour to arrive, and when it finally did, it was lukewarm at best. I can't understand why we had to wait so long only to be served a cold meal. The sauce was overly watery and chilly, and the fish was excessively salted. I won't be returning to Cape Coast Cuisine again.
Food smells and looks good, Don't know what it taste like but if you work as a delivery driver DoorDash, UberEats, etc. Avoid this place like the plague. Will never accept a delivery from this place again.Felt like they had to go out and hunt/fish/forage for the food after every order.If you order delivery from this place. Please please please tip well.May the next unfortunate soul have a better experience.
I really want to enjoy this restaurant since my husband likes it, but sadly, the service is incredibly slow. If you dine in, expect to wait over an hour for your food to be served. The food itself is decent, but be warned that if you choose the buffet, some dishes may taste a bit scorched or burnt. On the bright side, at least there is parking available.
I guess I expected more from others speaking about it. There was only one person working at the restaurant. A woman and three workers in back. Had to grab our own menus. Food came out after about 15 minutes.. the portion was a lot, which was good seasoning left much to be desired, but my husband liked his. My food was ok at best, probably won’t go back.

I called to place an order. When I arrived to the restaurant, host got my whole order wrong I called and requested to dine in ,she had made one of my food as to go order. I sat there for whole hour and I wasn’t attended. Customer service experience sucks never again
This Place Has Gone Down Terribly!! I Spent Over $100.00 And All My Food Was Stale The Fish Stew The Yams Everything!! I Won’t Recommend Them To Nobody And They Won’t EVER SEE ME AGAIN!!! FYI: no prejudice but Hispanics can NOT make African Food!!!!

Owner super sweet. The buffet is excellent. The peanut soup, wasnt the freshest. But other dishes were descent and tasty. The fish was nice. I suggest the buffet. Big portions 4 stars!Food: 4/5
Large traditional cuisine and very clean environment. I had fufu and light soup, which was very tasty. The service was also great. I definitely go back when I'm in town.
