Ordered 5 subs online with a few changes or deletions to several subs, ie, deletions of mushrooms and peppers due to food allergies, and additions of items that all were available on the online order system. Not one order was done correctly. Bread was soggy and fries cold and under cooked. Employees was as cold as the fries. Paid nearly $80 for this disgusting experience. All the food was thrown out, and I called to get a refund. Manager said she could not refund the money at the time, but this would be done (tomorrow). I’m doubtful this will happen.
I recently dined for lunch and had a fantastic experience! The food was exceptional, earning a solid 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Greek Large 16 and the Extra Cheese Pizza—both were delicious. The service was also top-notch, deserving another 5. To top it all off, the atmosphere was inviting and pleasant, making for an enjoyable meal. The price per person was between $20 and $30, which I found reasonable for the quality provided. Overall, it was a great outing!
I celebrated my birthday with a large group of friends, and we had an amazing time as always. The pizza was incredible—definitely the best in Massachusetts! The service was excellent, and there were plenty of staff to attend to our large party. We always give this place five stars and a big high five to John Jamulus!
I recently visited the Halifax location for the first time, and I was impressed by how nice and relaxing the atmosphere was. It’s a clean spot where you can enjoy an exceptional pizza. The staff were friendly and very professional.
