We have visited this on many occasions and I have written reviews before. We have always found the restaurant to be busy and the views across the cove are beautiful. The staff have previously been a little surly as if they were tired of the job and seemed disinterested in their guests. Anywhere else we mighty not have returned given the attitude but the meals are good and the views very relaxing. This visit was much better. Same staff but far more pleasant (maybe they’ve taken criticism on board? so all in all an enjoyable evening. Such a shame as the food was good, but other that such an awful place. The service is pretty much non existent if you don’t speak Spanish. Ordered a portion of chips which came to €10, when I questioned the unbelievable price for a portion chips, I was told it was on the menu. No waiter could show me where the €10 for chips was on the menu. They also tried to slip a few other items onto our bill, of course it’s in Spanish, so make sure you ask for the bill in English. It’s soon reduces. A simple hours lunch, took 2 hours for some unknown reason. Definitely head to Francesca’s instead, the food was superb and the service was good, plus you get charged for what you actually ordered.
This restaurant is in a gorgeous spot overlooking the bay so the setting is fantastic. I wish I could say the same for the food. It is very expensive for what it is. My friend had the recommended local fish. What came were three small pieces of fish and some grilled lettuce at a price of €28! We both had two courses plus a total of three glasses of wine and a coffee each. Total price was €100? The quality of the food was good but but the main course portions were small and the prices expensive. If you are staying in Cala Galdana it is worth going there once for the experience and ambience but no more.
We were at this restaurant eating with my family. We already knew him last year, the unbeatable location of the very professional service and very good food. In our case we would like to have a noodle that was spectacular and a second day rice that was also very good but. I'm staying with the noodle. highly recommended restaurant, if we return to galdana cove, I would definitely repeat.

Wasn’t expecting much when I saw the review rating but we was staying at the Melia Calvia Beach and thought we’d give it a go as it’s directly next to the pool. Firstly the view is amazing! The service is quite slow but the food is good and drinks are nice. Not the place to go if you’re in a rush but a lovely relaxed lunchtime spot.
Enclave precioso con vistas a cala Galdana. La comida de 10, pedimos unos mejillones al vapor riquísimos, una ensalada de pimientos muy buena, unas croquetas de sobrasada y queso, quizás lo que más nos sorprendió con un sabor increíble y un pulpo a la brasa que estaba excepcional. Volvería sin duda cuando regrese a Menorca.
Disappointing. Utterly indifferent staff who made the ordering process torturous. No information forthcoming about specials of the day (even though menu indicated these existed) No inquiry as to whether we had enjoyed the food. Utterly forgettable
unbeatable location, a beautiful place facing the sea. squisite treatment. I recommend the tuna cake and the blind paella! and for dessert. mmmm. only appreciates the picture.
