Always remember to bring your camera or have your cell phone ready to take pictures when you get a bad experience and your about to right a negative review about an eating establishment. I had my camera with me but I should of done so to photograph the clowns that run this place and actually cook the food in this place. Can remember the fist week the Capital Craft opened up and what a nightmare it was. You had the owners physically threatening the employees in the back behind the kitchen and they were coming to us to initiate some revenge on them (like opening a place next door to put them out of business! Place has not changed since the first day they opened. They are still under the dillusion that they do nothing wrong. High priced, such as $19 for a personal sicilian, $10 for a milk shake, $4 for a soda, god knows up overpriced their drinks are. So basically Day 1 ordered a rare hamburger, came out brunt the first time (and they tried to hide it under dressing and lettuce and upside down and eve put the rare flag on it), so you know that was purposely done and they tired to hide it and attempt to get away with it. Instead of starting all over again they gave us someone elses that wasnt even close to rare, Capital **** as they are called. They cant even cook a simple hamburger and from that...
I had a fantastic experience at Capital Craft in East Hanover. The sports bar atmosphere was great, the service was impressive, and the menu was inventive. The Texas BBQ nachos we started with were delicious, with fried pickles adding a nice twist. My fiancé's Hawaiian steak was cooked perfectly, although the sides were average. I loved my chicken parm sandwich on a garlic knot bun, which was revolutionary. The portion was generous, and the fries were perfectly fried. While I didn't try the truffle parm fries, I'm sure they would be delicious for truffle lovers. Overall, I had a wonderful time and am glad I discovered this restaurant.
In the dozens of times I have visited I have never been disappointed in the food. The service, particularly at the bar is excellent. I spent three weeks at the hotel adjacent the bar and the staff at CC made me feel like a regular local. Shoutout to Rafi for looking out for me and my colleagues. Good food, cold beer, and baseball on the tv is hard to beat. A host of bartenders and bar backs that make sure you have a clean space and good conversation leaves room for nothing but 5 stars. The moment we walked in we were greeted with warm and delicious smells of food and drinks. The interior design was top notch. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. The food needed some improvement as there was not that many vegetarian options and the pizza was a little bit soggy. The drinks was really good. Filled with flavor and fruitiness. However the salad lacked crispness. Overall, the ambience was welcoming but the food lacked affection.
What a hopping place. We had a great experience here and they have great food. I had a pizza and it was delicious. Other people in my party had the French Dip Sandwich and the Hawaiian Rib Eye. Each of them enjoyed their food. This place can be good for family, friends or for the young crowd.
Great. Everyone was pleased. I just didn't like my choice of an Ahi Tuna Wrap, as it was cold and I thought a warm wrap would have tasted better. But, this was just my choice. The waitress Dolcheen K. was a Doll! Extremely pleasant and happy to assist our table.

As an old and original employee, I would highly recommend this place. The food is very diverse and staff is also welcoming and work as a team. The scenery is beautiful and music selection is tasteful. Keep up the great work.
