Caplinger's Fresh Catch

I use to eat caplingers 3 time a week and things changed for several visits so I stopped for 6 months and came back and 4 visits to the amp were perfect. Then I go to the meridian location and the basa texture and taste is different. It's one of the reasons why I quit spending my money here and I hope it doesn't have to happena again. I'm here now eating and the basa is mushy and wet when 90 percent of the time it's usually dryish and a texture almost like chicken. It's not enjoyable and I regret getting it when it's mushy and wet under the breading. 1 visit it'll have catfish like texture then it'll have regular fish texture and I don't come here for wet mushy fish.

1st time here. Customers 4life. My wife and got the seafood Philly melts with fried okra and hushpuppies. The melt advertises on the menu as a sandwich. Try pikn it up and eating it. So much lobster and crab and shrimp. It's definitely a fork and knife sandwich. So so so good. And we lov seafood boils and didn't know you can buy all the fresh seafood u could want and all the seasonings 4it. Nvr seen a fresh seafood selection like it unless we were at the coast or n Hawaii. Loved it and can't wait 2try more menu items.

My first time had Basa fish and the fried shrimp absolutely Loved it! Friendly service highly recommend it totally come back for more best birthday meal.

Best seafood place in Indiana. It is fresh and delicious. Remoulade sauce is top-notch.
