Very disappointed with Capo. We’ve been big supporters. We’ve waited 2+ hours for our order and when we called twice we were told “it should be there” with no explanation as to why it wasn’t. Completely unacceptable. The woman answering the phones was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We love Capo and want to support Paul, but this was very upsetting to deal with. As a fellow business owner myself I understand the pains businesses can go through, but customers, especially loyal customers should not be treated this way without any explanation as to what the delay or issue is. I've ordered from this restaurant a few times, and the food has consistently been mediocre. One time, my order was incorrect, and another time, the food appeared to be several days old. Hoping for a better experience, I decided to dine in, but unfortunately, the quality of the food was the same. In terms of cleanliness, the bathroom was in a shocking state; I've encountered truck stop restrooms that were much cleaner. Additionally, the man at the counter had a rather unwelcoming attitude, as if he was doing me a favor by making my meal. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
I ordered takeout on June 30, 2022, and requested balsamic dressing specifically. My order was confirmed correctly over the phone, but when I received it, the salad was at the bottom of the bag, so I couldn't check it at that moment. In the future, we will make sure to unpack all our takeout items on the counter to ensure everything is correct. This has happened before, and I'm sure it won't be the last time. It's quite frustrating. I'm relieved to see that I'm not the only one leaving a one-star review for this restaurant.
I have ordered from here a few times and the food was ok. Once the order came wrong another time the food looked a few days old. I figured i would go in for the dine in service maybe it was just the take out. Unfortunately the food was the same. As for the cleanliness of the place oh boy the bathroom was grotesque I have used truck stop restrooms that have been cleaner. Last I am not sure about the man working the counter but he acted like he was doing me a favor by cooking my food. I would skip it.

One and a half hour wait for some of the most unpalatable food ever. Just awful. Terrible. Supposed to be roasted turkey sandwich. Turkey was like flat tasteless shoe leather. Brown lettuce. The pork on my other sandwich was next to non existent. I 've seen hogs on a farm eat better quality food. La Botteca was garbage this is ten times worse. The food is atrocious do not eat here. Hopefully my photo serves as a warning!
Best panini place in town hands down. Empanadas just add to an already amazing menu. The ingredients they use are fresh and you can tell the difference. We ordered the Betsy salad and the chicken was fried to perfection! The shrimp in the panini was so tender and had a nice grilled taste. Everything was done right, fresh and it came hot like we were sitting there. This will be a go-to place for us!!!
During our visit, the restaurant was pleasantly uncrowded. The service was excellent, although the food felt a bit overpriced given the portion sizes. Nonetheless, I would certainly think about returning.
A little cheap on the servings especially the meatballs u have to fight to get an Extra one They never have the ? beer they advertise or wine? Besides that the place and the food is awesome
