wow what more can I say, ignore all the reviews that the personal we had nothing but professional, happy courtesy customer service, they were all great and when they first see that I was in pain with a bad return, they were no longer away...caring, we went into our room that was an upgrade, and it was a nice temperature, very clean little extras that was just the cold
The breakfast was amazing and they catered to vegetarians/vegans. The server-Paula- was exceptional and got us anything we needed and was soo friendly. The rest of the staff was fantastic as well and so welcoming.
the breakfast was fantastic both days. they have to order too many types of food and they can choose what they want in the buffet. amalia was the waitress perfect, very friendly.

The service we got was exceptional from all the members of staff but especially Paula! She was so lovely and went out of her way to get us what we wanted!
Breakfast was amazing. A large variety of everything you may need to have a lovely start to your morning. Various different types of fruits as well.
Everything was perfect . The workers are very polite . Excellent service. The waitrer called Jose is very friendly and polite
