I don't usually write reviews, but I must give a shoutout to Chris and the gentleman with the ponytail. Their customer service was outstanding! They regularly checked on patrons, ensured everyone was enjoying their meals, and even refilled drinks—a service I've never experienced at a Captain D's before. The restaurant was clean, the food was served hot, and the service was incredibly friendly. Thank you! I will definitely be returning.
The drive-thru was clean, and the service was decent. I ordered the spicy deluxe seafood platter and some fried pickles. The fried pickles were extremely salty, which was unappealing. The platter was just okay for the price I paid. It’s been years since my last visit to Captain D’s, and I don’t see myself going back anytime soon.
The food was exactly what you would expect—neither great nor terrible. However, if you're hungry and all other places are closed, Captain D's can be a decent option. Personally, though, I would recommend going to Jack's instead.
