I ordered 4 orders of cheese sticks and 4 orders of poppers at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I only received the cheese sticks in my order. When I called back to inquire about the missing poppers, I spoke with three different individuals who seemed to argue with me. They insisted that the poppers were included in the bag, but I reiterated that I only received the sticks. Now, 30 minutes later, I am still waiting for them to review the security camera footage. It is frustrating that they are now accusing me of lying. So, at this moment, I have paid $50 for 4 orders of cheese sticks and also left a $6 tip. This order was placed online.
Cook can be seen from The counter working with no gloves an scratching at his hair. The guy is bald with hair on the sides. Not working a talking so loud an so much he has to be spitting on the food. I’m calling for a refund an would never come back here. Not trying to get hepatitis or something even worse. Also touching all over plates I’m posting recipe in hopes corporate can review the cameras an see this. Hopefully hire people that can focus on there job an FOOD SAFTY!
This was my first time eating at this restaurant and unfortunately, the food was overcooked. The fish and fries were very hard and I did not enjoy my meal. The service was not great either. I dined in for dinner and the cost per person was between $20 to $30. The atmosphere was decent, with a rating of 3. A recommended dish is the Three Piece Fish Dinner with Coleslaw and French Fries.
The food exceeded our expectations. We had gumbo, clam strips, fried shrimp, fish, coleslaw, and okra. Everything tasted quite good. The service was faster than expected compared to how busy they were. This was the worse experience that I have ever had. My food was cold and wrong. Took back to the front for them to fix it, manager brought back out by the time I was sitting down again within 1 min or less. Cashier didn't listen to what was being ordered, my husband's fish tasted like dirt, left parts of order off. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I went to this restaurant for dinner and got takeout. The food was cold, but the service was good. It cost around $20-30 per person. I would rate the food a 2, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. I would recommend trying the coleslaw, shrimp dinner, seafood, and hush puppies. There was plenty of free parking available in the parking lot.
