I love captain D’s food. Unfortunately twice in a week my order was wrong. The first time the young lady at the window was very apologetic about the mistakes that she made. And that was great, but when I got home, she never really corrected the mistake. My order was still wrong. Today, February 27 about 3:50 in the afternoon my husband and I came by again and we placed an order. We had to wait about 15 minutes for it to be brought to the car. When the food got to the car we came home and it was not what we ordered. It was a fish sandwich and fries not the fish dinners that we ordered, I tried to call back. The young lady answered the phone. I asked for a manager and I had to hold on for over...
The drive-thru line was quite long and moved slowly. However, the customer service at both the speaker and the window was good. Unfortunately, the spicy battered fish was old and dry, which was disappointing given the enticing commercials and images on the menu board. The breadstick was tough as well. On a positive note, the regular battered fish and fries were decent. I've had good experiences at this location before, which is why I've returned multiple times. However, after my visit yesterday, I think it will be a while before I come back to try anything new. That said, I am willing to give them another chance.

Ordered 1 piece of fish and funnel sticks. NEVER SAID ANYTHING about Spicey!!! This was one of the worst experiences I?ve ever had!! And the person at the window acted really put out when I asked for my receipt, whh hi icu had I actually read it the whole bag would have been given back to her!! Not only was I given a SPICEY piece of fish that I?m not able to eat, but the one bite I did take was so cold, greasy, and burnt I almost picked it right back out!! The site as hell wasn?t worth the $6+ O was charged, not even worth 6cents!!

Customer service is terrible. You women in window keeping need a lot of work....the individual who does not take orders professionally at all. She didn't take my order when I got into the window. She said I didn't say anything when she asked. I suppose that was the reason why the waiting period was more than 15 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. I think people who don't want to work should stay home. But the foods were good.
Sooo nasty after waiting almost 30 mins and spending 11$. The Mac n cheese tasted watery. The rice was so hard I couldn?t chew it. At least my one piece of fish was hot but barely seasoned. Smh The corn on the Cobb was feasible. Aweful tasting !! buyers beware
Very pleasant customer service and the food came out fresh and fast. The dining area was clean and inviting Every since the Pandemic the Drive Thru has been extremely slower than usual! Which is I'm guessing to be expected ????? Times we're living in.

I like Captain D's, from Ohio to Texas, and now Georgia. The fish was fresh and delicious. I've been through the ride, it was waiting a long time, but we'll be worth it. And the last thing about the widow was very nice and friendly.
The worker name Christian is very disrespectful he is very rude and not polite do not let him serve
