Google indicated that they close at 10 PM, and the “open” sign was lit up when I arrived 15 minutes before closing. However, when I pulled up, I was told over the speaker that they were closed. It wasn't closing time yet; they just seemed unwilling to serve. When we drove in, the staff was sitting down in the dining room. If your closing time is actually 9:45 PM, please update that on Google and turn off the open sign. If you claim to close at 10 PM, then denying service to a paying customer is unacceptable. Please improve your communication!
Just left this location I had to leave a review the workers were so nice my chicken stripes were small so I took it back the lady was so nice about it got me more even when I got my food it was super hot ? I just feel good workers like the ones I came across this evening definitely should be noticed a lot of fast food places I go to have the nastiest attitudes I will definitely be back ?
Our food was terrible, nasty and cold smh taste like it was put back in grease smh I understand you close at 10pm but we was there before 9pm there is no way our food should had been cold and tasting old not for almost $30.00 and we got the deluxe platter and seafood sampler smh never again!
Well …we all know that’s it’s hard to find an great friendly good fast food restaurant that actually have great tasting food. My Goodness you gotta come to This Captain Ds PLEASEsssss. Bon app appreciate there great service keep up the Fantastic job.!!!!

I had to wait over 20 minutes due to what they called a shift change before 3 PM. However, the staff was so kind that I'm feeling conflicted about the experience!
Friday night, during lent, and they did a shift change at 5:00. It is taking me 15 minutes to get through drive-thru to get my order.
amazing fish at a great price. the southern fried white fish is worth the visit.The staff was very helpful in making the best choice.
The food didn't meet my expectations. I've received larger portions at other Captain D's locations.
