I ordered a large drink but got a medium instead. The breading on the fish was burnt and had the taste of old, greasy oil. The chicken pieces were much smaller than usual; they looked more like little chicken nuggets than proper chicken strips. Furthermore, there were fewer fries than they usually serve as a side. This has been my worst experience at Captain D's. I even took photos of the burnt fish to document it.
The food was amazing, but unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. I didn't get the order I placed, and I noticed that the ice machine was missing a lid, which is a bit worrying. Also, the ceiling seemed quite dusty and dirty, which could potentially contaminate the ice. To make matters worse, the sink in the women's restroom was not clean at all.
I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is always delicious, the service is very attentive, and the prices are quite reasonable. It’s a fantastic choice for a quick lunch or dinner. The location on Fifth Avenue is convenient, with ample parking available, or you can opt for the drive-thru. I highly recommend checking it out!

The cleanest place I've ever had a meal at! Food is always excellent, staff are always positive, helpful and give service with a smile. The lady that runs the place is the best. Not only is she easy on the eyes she puts off a good vibes!
At first glance, it may not look very impressive, but the flavors are truly remarkable. If you appreciate a little spice that complements rather than overwhelms the fish, be sure to try the Captain D's Sauce!
The cashier seemed a bit distracted by chatting and didn't notice that my family was waiting to place our order. However, once she realized we were there, the process went quickly and smoothly.

The shrimp was overcooked and tough to chew, and the chicken was undercooked. I tried to call for extra sauce, but they didn't answer the phone.
