I've been waiting for 24 minutes so far. I'm going to sit here and see how long it actually takes. This is my 3rd test. The last food had to be trashed. It wasn't fresh even though I waited for 36 minutes. I like to give places a chance to make sure it wasn't just a bad day. I believe it's safe to say this place is the slowest in Decatur. I could go to Longhorn and it'll be quicker. Smdh. I'm just letting y'all know. Thanks *edit* I waited a total of 37 minutes and the food was gross. I'm 95% certain my fries were recooked. I feel as if this location could use a good overhaul. New management, a deep cleaning, a little touch up paint, new drive through equipment and time management at least....
I frequent this place allot. But last night the food was terrible. Idk if it was because they were closing in an hour or what. The way that Jayla, the young lady at the window told me to pull up wait for the food to be bought out, you would think for the 20 minute wait it would have been hot fresh. My fries were old cold, the fish was greasy was broken up. I couldn't believe it was the same place I always come to. I should've known something was up when I asked for a cup of ice Jayla said they they were out of ice. Smh That was the worst experience I've ever had there.
They have a great group of young people working here. They defy the sterotypes about young people who don't understand customer service. They are courteous and care about keeping the establishment clean and neat. I come here often because my parents love the fish sandwich. They are huge and tasty. You can almost make two meals out of it, and it is very reasonably priced. Update: Unfortunately, this restaurant appears to be closed.
Staff on duty the afternoon of Friday, Dec 1st, were horrible. Asking customers to leave the drive-thru line should be prohibited. I did not receive all the condiments I requested, and when addressed with the employees, their attitudes were horrible. I had to park and go inside to obtain what I requested. It had been a few weeks since I went there. Usually good and pleasant window service. Fried food extremely over cooked, like crunching on rocks. Yuk. Very angry person working the window. If you hate people, you should not wirk customer service. What happened to those nice people that worked there?
Good and service has gotten better at this location. I hope they keep up the good work
The food is ALWAYS hot and you can't go wrong with the $5.99 deal!!! Love it!!!
