Captain D's - Tisch reservieren

I've recently shared a bad experience I've been through during the ride. After sharing this experience, I was immediately contacted by the administration with an understandable explanation. Although I was offered half of my next meal, I kindly declined in good faith because he tried to ensure that customer service was top priority. Captain. Ds has always been one of my top restaurants to dinate and I am happy to eat there again.

Service was exceptional, and all the staff have great chemistry!! While I was waiting for my order, the drive thru was very busy, and there were several orders in the dining room. A customer was extremely impatient, but they handled it with a Smile!! My order was exact, and enjoyable. I want the staff there to know how much they are appreciated, and I will be recommending others to come there and enjoy a great meal and service!!

Shelby is truly one of the most kind individuals I have ever encountered. He shows the utmost respect to all of his employees and always takes their personal lives into account when creating schedules. He also goes above and beyond to adhere to LAMAR standards and provide each customer with a memorable experience.
