Ordered a grill salmon meal and the deluxe seafood platter. We waited in the drive thru for a minimum of 30 mins. The only reason why we didn’t drive off is because we paid at the window and waited. The receipt we received was so washed out that you could barely see the words. When we tried to go inside to get another copy of the receipt, the door was locked. It was 8:00 when we tried to go back inside. We were told to pull up after sitting in the window for 20 mins. We waited another 10-20 minutes for them to bring the food out. I've lived very close to this location for years and only ordered from here a handful of times hoping enough time has passed that it'll be a better experience. Unfortunately, it's NEVER gotten ANY better! The food is always too greasy, never freshly cooked. It almost tastes like they cook stuff that was left over froma previous day and just fried again. Also, the sauces! Omg! Why?!?They NEVER give any sauce or purposely give you the wrong sauce so you'll leave thinking you have what you ordered. This location specifically is trash. Enjoy my din in experience! My husband and I enjoyed our meal and service on Monday at 3 p.m. We did not experience a long waiting period or a lack of service. In fact, I was very happy with the young lady who brought our job and the young man who brought our meal to the table (he even stopped asking if we enjoy our meal as we wanted). I often dive out and have begun to get used to the higher costs with under-average service, but that was not the case on this occasion.
It took a hour just for us to get our food and when we did get it they just threw my fish sandwich together didn’t give us tater sauce like we asked several times for the sauce and the girl doing the window was on the phone the whole time
The best experience and food I had in a while, the staff was the best. Everyone was satisfied with his quick and friendly service from his staff. Nice to see, there are still good people who care about customers!!
For the last 3 times I've been to Captain D lettuce has been brown and old...I've mentioned it to them twice but no change..this is at the Captain Ds in Trussville,Al. MAIN Street. I won't go again.
Big gallon sweet tea! Delicious hot fish, chicken and green beans! Green bean juice (not in cup) left me with soggyries and hush puppies. There were no essutensilis and no sweet and acidic sauce.
Greeted by hold on a second Waited 8 minutes to order and 30 minutes for my food. Abysmal service and experience.
I drive 40 mins to get dinner and they closed early. I arrived at 10:36 and the lights were already off.
