For many visits to this restaurant I had ordered either the halibut fish and chips or the 2-piece halibut fish dinner that comes with a salad, caesar salad or Greek salad as well.The last two visits have lent themselves to trying the Family Dinner of Five. One was when friends from Costa Rica were visiting and so we did a take out order to eat on our own patio on a nice summer night. The other was when my uncle was visiting from Texas and, as five people, we ate in and ordered the same special. Went with my 12 year old son and his buddy after golf.Each of us had 2 pieces of Halibut with fries and cole slaw.Took forever and seemed they served people out of order. Had to go u to the counter a few times and ask about it. My kid finished his pop before the food arrived. Was like over 35 minutes from order to receipt. Was ready to leave.When it arrived it was pretty good. We were hungry and gobbled it up. They really need to work on the slow service.Was like $60 with tip for 3 meals with 2 pop.
When this place first opened years ago it was great! Then it was sold and was almost as good. Then it was sold again and tried it and the food tasted like like the restaurant smelt. Fishy and greasy! The quality of the fish and batter were substandard to say the least! I would tell people to far away from this place!!!
I believe that new owners have taken over this restaurant. The portions are smaller and the fish is greasy. I think the the oil needs to be changed as it isn't crunchy. Two friends have mentioned that they use to go weekly but they have tried the halibut and haddock and didn't enjoy it. Kind of a shame

The fish and chips here were average but the prices were very good. They had a lot of side options and other options if you don't want fish. I really enjoyed their salad. The service was very good! You wont be making a mistake by going here but it also wont be the best you've ever had.
I think the new owners had a rough start, but now fish and chips have become quality you would expect in a chain restaurant. Halibut and chips were crisp, and tasted fresh. Service pleasant and quick. We had a nice meal. Decor bright and clean.
Pre-ordered two fish and chips. Arrived 15 minutes later and still had not put them in until I actually arrived. One home the fish was very greasy and the chips were either over done or the oil is very old that they were cooked in. YECH!
went for lunch today service was quick The batter is light & crunchy but too bad there was very lttle fish with it portion would have been good if there was some fish in the batter fries were good Will not be back

It was hard to find the fish in all the greasy batter. We were there on a hot day and no AC. Chips limp. The salad was the best part of the meal. No wait staff.
This place smells fishy, like they really need to change the oil and clean the air vents. The wait staff was nonexistent and the table we sat at was grimy.
