I've been a regular at Bill's since 2013 and have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. From 2013 to 2017, I would go weekly for volleyball games to catch up with friends. The staff and other patrons were always incredibly friendly; it truly felt like a family atmosphere where everyone knew each other. When I moved to Nevada, I realized how much I missed it. After five long years, I finally returned to Wilmington, and Bill's was at the top of my list. This time, I couldn't wait to introduce my spouse to the fantastic ambiance and delicious food. Holy cow, what an experience! I have lived in Wilmington for almost two years and today was my first time coming to captain bills. Not only was the food amazing, the service was beyond anything I could have imagined. Scarlett was outstanding, she surpassed any steakhouse, any fine dining, any high level resort service anyone could ask for. I cannot believe somewhere as local as captain bills could have the service she provided. Thank you so much for helping me find my new local spot!!!!
Pretty good food. On Thursday night after a long drive to the city, the location was a bit difficult to find by Gps. However, the sandwich was good, but the pommes were somewhat too salty and covered with spices. Service was okay, but rather slow to have only two tables and four people at the bar.
