Went here due to previous reviews, was a bit disappointed. The quality of food is ok, maybe better than average but not great. Had the saltimbocca, I like veal but this was nothing special. Wife had the tagliatelle salmon which was certainly better, probably an above average dish, son had a pizza which was okay. Portions were massive, nobody finished the meal and I'm a big eater!I was a bit disappointed with all the restaurants we visited in Cagnes Sur Mer, I expected French food to be a cut above the rest but they were all average pub grub, I was eating at the value end so maybe you do get what you pay for here!
This place was a gem. We didn't discover it until near the end of our month long stay, but once we did we visited several times. We had dinner here and enjoyed each meal. The food was excellent, as was the service. The English speaking waiter was a bonus. The prices were also very fair. As a bonus, we were given a complimentary limoncello at the end of our meal. We ordered the gnocchi and daub, the veal, and the truffle risotto. We also tried the creme brulle. I believe we also may have stopped for cafe here in the morning. We would strongly recommend this restaurant to others.
So sad we didn't find this earlier! The food is just incredible! Every plate we saw come out of the kitchen looked amazing and the portions are massiv. We had 4 different seafood dishes and they were all fantastic. Especially the tuna with sesame and a balsamico-honey sauce! We really weren't hungry afterwards but the desserts looked great too so we ordered 1 serve of profiteroles and 1 creme brulee between the 4 of us. Again: amazing food and the profiteroles were fist size! Including wine we paid 130€ for 4 people. Definitely worth every cent!
Finding a new favourite on the Coast is not everyday. Cararocca is a traight Italian/French cuisine with some very good tastes. Friendly service and excellent food, a perfect blend of Italian aand French cuisine. And the portions are formidable, so make sure you are hungry when yoiu arrive. E.g. the chèvre chaud as a starter for dinner can be a challenge. On the other hand, it is OK to order a half portion for kids. Great tastes!

We stopped here after a visit to NIce, it was around 3pm and we noticed that most restaurants were closing for the afternoon, we approached Cararocca and they explained that as long as we didn't mind them getting the restaurant ready for the evening we were welcome to come and eat. The food was really tasty, the Beef Ravioli was my favorite!A fantastic place to watch the world go by whilst sipping a cold iced tea.
Nice place for Casual Dining with a good choice of pasta and pizza. The gnocchi with Daube was excellent - but I'd rather recommend the raviolis which looked great. This place is a really good choice among the many place to chose from. Staff is friendly and the prices are fair - especially compared to the big portions they serve it is definitely perfect value. Nothing to complain..
They have large portion sizes but they will make small portions if you ask them to. We didn't order starters and didn't need to - lots of food. I had a delicious risotto with prawns. Enough for lunch the next day too! Dessert of chocolate fondant was a delight- and shared with all! Highly recommend
This place does everything well. From greeting, free starters, amazing food (we had pizza and gnocchi) and they were so friendly. This was especially refreshing after being treated fairly poorly all around Europe. We are two very happy kiwis (not English!!!!!).

We went there because it was well rated in tripadvisor, but for our surprise we checked the meal was no so good as we expected, also the price. We ordered a pizza and a salad, taste was mediocre and ingredients weren't worth what we paid.
Restaurant doesn't look appealing because of the plastic seats and tables. The tables are very close to each other which makes the restaurant very crowded. The staff was very friendly and the food was tasty given the price level.
