So this afternoon my daughter, her father (mixed), I (Asian) went to have lunch never having been here before so we were excited. Unfortunately I was upset as soon as we walked in. We got looks up and down like we didn't belong here (by servers and patrons), the 3 servers just looked at us and looked away. We waited to be seated just to stand there for 5 minutes as they continued to walk past us while looking at us. Then finally, we were seated and as I watched as other people came in (all Portuguese, of course) and was seated IMMEDIATELY. When you walk in you can smell how good the foods gonna be. Boy let me tell you if you have the beef egg and fries holy cow it will not disappoint. Friendly staff clean place, excellent food for the price which was on point according to proportion. It’s a definite return for me. Those pop secos were fresh and delish.
The customer service as this establishment is truly incredible! The staff at Caravela’s was able to save the day after another vendor got our order date “wrong”. And all our food was delicious. We will never forget how well we were treated. We’ll be using Caravela for all our family events from here on! Obrigada!

I had to Portuguese steak which was watered down. My eggs were very hard so I didn't eat them. My meal was not good at all. The person I was with ordered shrimp Mozambique. That too was really watery and had little flavor. I will not go there again it usedto be one of my favorite places to eat

Food is amazing and there service is second to none my family is always happy when we go there definitely will go many more times soon.
Never had a bad meal here. Steak and fries always solid. Had the fish and chips and didn't disappoint. Good prices and fast service.
