Carbone was just excellent, the service was exquisite and the food was amazing. The food: 5 stars The service: 5 stars The ambiance: 5 stars We had a table of 10 and our server helped us navigate the menu, making spot on suggestions. There was not a single thing I did not like. High points for me was the pork belly appetizer, porterhouse, Denver sole and the carrot cake. Holy moly they were made with perfection. The one thing for me that would be like 4 1/2 stars was the spicy rigatoni. I am not a fan of cream sauces so while good this was not my favorite. Came here for dinner with 10 other guys for a bachelor party. The staff were very friendly and our server was a jokester which was perfect for the group that we had. Our food was family-style and included pasta, steak, octopus, chicken, bread and cheese and so much more. We couldn’t finish the food and took it with us and it was still great the next day. Great quality food and would definitely come back to try more of what they have to offer. I was told many celebrities come here on the regular and it is obvious why. On the same note this was quite up there in terms of pricing when comparing this cuisine to other restaurants with the same quality in other cities.
First time visiting Carbone, and what a memorable experience it was! The food was incredible, and the service was divine. Our server Troy was the highlight of our experience. He apologized that it took awhile to get menu's and water to us, however we didn't feel like it was long at all. He offered us free dessert to make up for the wait, his commitment to ensuring every visitor has a smooth and enjoyable experience was felt. The food was of course delicious, however it was the service that ensured I will continue to visit again. Thank you Troy and Carbone for making our evening so memorable!

This is one of the best Italian restaurants on the strip. The menu is diverse and all the pasta is homemade. There are plenty of extras in the service including cheese, meats, pickles cauliflower, fresh bread and dessert all included in dinner. Servings are plentiful and well prepared. The service is attentive and not rushed. Music is great and the place is buzzing. Decor is fresh, clean and the freshly arranged flowers are beautiful. We left stuffed with food and eager to go back!
So I was absolutely spoiled and got to try so many dishes! The chef even stopped by the table. Everything was made with my dietary restrictions and allergies in mind. The amount of food that came was insane, but I ate almost all of it. The booths are private and intimate. It’s dim lighting inside but you can see just enough. The service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. Definitely a must try!!
My favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. This is a must visit for me everytime I'm in town. Must have is the Spicy Vodka Rigatoni add meatballs. The Bolagnase sauce is also a great sauce to have on any of the Pastas. Tried the octopus for the first time since it was recommended by the bartender, very tender and flavorful. Have always left full and satisfied. Reservations are a must here
Absolutely outstanding! The various breads were delightful to start. The octopus appetizer was fresh and tender, the lamb was delicious, not to mention the roasted potatoes, veal, asparagus, rigatoni, tortellini, lobster ravioli. Then we move on to the dessert, best carrot cake and lemon cheesecake ever. Cheers to chef Johnny, Jim and staff. We cannot wait to comeback.

Went here for a company event so we had a prefixed menu. We had plenty of options and the portions were large too. The food was really good. The dessert was good but nothing to die for. Overall a great experience. PS: if you notice your plate is chipped don't ask for another one because all their plates are chipped. It's their thing I guess
