I visited this restaurant with my family and I have no plans to return due to the appalling and seemingly intentional poor service. Our server, a young woman, aggressively placed our food on the table, causing utensils to slide around. Her attitude was incredibly rude and unpleasant. Each time she dropped dishes, she stormed off as if we had offended her in some way. This behavior significantly detracted from what should have been an enjoyable family dinner. It’s important for servers to learn how to separate their personal issues from their job; taking frustrations out on customers is completely unprofessional. During our visit to family in Arden Hills, we heard wonderful recommendations for the pizza from Carbone's. We decided to order delivery online—a small pepperoni pizza for our 5-year-old, who only likes that topping, and a large one for the adults. The pizza was fantastic! The delivery was prompt, the driver was friendly, and the pizza itself was outstanding. I loved that it was cut into squares, which was ideal for our Edges and Middles crew. The sauce, cheese, and toppings had the perfect balance, and the crust was nice and crispy. We will definitely order from Carbone's again the next time we're in the area!
The food deserves five stars, but the experience with the girl who answers the phone is a complete letdown—zero stars. She is incredibly rude and has hung up on me before I could even complete my payment over the phone. This happens every time I call and she happens to be working the second shift. Unfortunately, her attitude makes the phone ordering experience consistently unpleasant.
I'm sorry, but this was hands down the worst pizza I've ever had. The sandwich tasted like I was drinking canned olive juice with lettuce. As for the pizza, it was made with what seemed to be leftover scraps from the packaging instead of actual ingredients. I find it hard to believe they consider that food. I definitely won't be returning.

The most expensive and flavorless pizza in the world. I ordered the large flamethrower pizza, and I found myself having to dip it in ranch just to add some flavor. I definitely wouldn't recommend it, nor would I order it again. The wings were also disappointing and below average.
Absolutely excellent and very accommodating! I would rate it a 10/10 in almost every aspect. However, they didn't play Taylor Swift when I requested it.
Too much money and too little flavor. My pizza was overcooked, veggies were mush, and the cheese and sauce barely tasted like anything.
The food is excellent, but I wish the delivery could be a bit faster. Other than that, everything is very good.
