Always went by, never went in until now. Read up on reviews, thought we,d try it. It was busy, but friendly staff found two spots at the bar for us. What is lacking in decor is made up by the talented live music. Sports tv was visual only, no sound. The food was produced in good time, hot, delicious and plenty of it. I had the best liver and onions ever! The potatoes were the real mashed, the veggies el dente, and the liver succulent and tender. My husband had the trout and he too found it to be delicious with the rice done perfectly. Beer was a good price, and it was family friendly too. It is a little crowded, in the winter, but noticed an outdoor patio. Highly recommend it!
I have to say I don't usually eat in bars and was not sure where I was being taken but when I got there we sat at a bar type table. The waiter came over and he was very respectful and polite. There was music playing and a man singing in the corner. He was really good. Also I wasn't sure what to eat so I had something I don't normally order a quesadilla. It was super good and I ate all four pieces. I was so stuffed but it was so good. The other two I was with had wings and they looked great. They were a good size too. My husband had the cod and he enjoyed that as well. The food was great.
Just a small local watering hole attached to a small motel on the edge of town - not very many tables and a small bar, but if it's busy it's worth the wait for the wings! Large, juicy, piping hot to the table wings with a huge selection of sauces including one of the largest selections of dry options I've seen anywhere. An ok selection of big brewery beers on tap with one or two big brewery "craft" choices as well. Greek and Caeser salads are fresh and crisp and an order of fries is enough for 3 or 4 people to share. Worth the visit!
Our first impression when we pulled up was to turn around (due to the not so nice looking motel attached to the restaurant) but the reviews said this place was good so we decided to give it a try. Its nothing fancy, but its clean and the staff were great. I had the meatloaf which was a huge portion and delicious! Would eat here again for sure.
We just moved up to Gravenhurst and happened upon this little gem. The decor is nothing special , that's not what we went for! We have had the Yorkie bowl and the wings! Both are spectacular ! The staff is very friendly... easy humour not forces.. and efficient. I would highly recommend this place
Had a craving for wings and we heard that Carey's were great. They were the biggest i have seen, comparible to Buffalo wings. Service was okay but that was expected as they were very busy. The food was excellent and very tasty. Staff was very friendly. Definitely a place we will return to again.
I had the Thai wings that were barrered and my husband had deep fry wings with sauce on the side. Mine were totally fatty and his were cooked so long that they were dry. Very disappointing.

I've had the fish and chips and I've had the chicken wings both are delicious. The wings are some of the best in muskoka. They have great portions of food too.
