As a born Jamaican I was a bit skeptical when I saw oxtails stew, goat curry , rice and beans etc. the roti was so hard like it’s been there for days. J wings was old as well. The oxtail was so black I was scared to try it but it tasted better than it looked, the bbq chicken was so burnt. I spent over $50 on Uber Eats and was extremely disappointed cause we couldn’t eat the food. I don’t normally leave reviews like this but I had to. Like need to close down or get it together real quick please.
$19 for Curry chicken with rice and peas is absolutely insane for the quantity of the food which does not include steamed cabbage plantains which you must purchase separately. I’m all for raising prices due to inflation but don’t cheat your quantity and quality! The chicken was undercooked…raw!!! This was my 1st and last order. Sadly the best thing that I had was the steamed cabbage and plantains.
Delicious food! Also pretty vegetarian friendly. I had the mushroom risotto and it was really good. Also the Alfredo was delicious. The staff were super nice too!
