However, I certainly enjoy a delicious treat from Caribou, so I felt it was time to write a review. The staff here seem genuinely happy to be at work; they greeted me with a friendly hello. Caribou Coffee is a charming little shop with a nice menu, but over the past month, I've consistently found coffee grounds in my drinks, making them nearly undrinkable. This happened again today, and while I understand mistakes can occur, it's hard to ignore this repeated issue—especially from a reputable place like Caribou Coffee or Starbucks. The thought of trying a different location worries me, but so does paying $6 for a drink I can't truly enjoy.

Caribou Coffee is excellent. I ordered a vanilla soy iced latte with extra vanilla, and it was perfect! Often, the vanilla flavor is barely noticeable, but this one was just right. So far, this is my favorite Caribou location in the cities.
