"I always order the same thing when I go to Caribou, but this particular location is the only one that consistently gets it wrong. My drink is not supposed to have whipped cream on it, as it is not listed in the ingredients. I have no option to ask for no whipped cream, yet every time I pick up my order, there is whipped cream covering most of the drink. There is never anyone behind the counter for me to correct this mistake, and I am still paying over $8 for it. I think I'll stick to Starbucks instead."
