My review for the restaurant is mixed. I initially thought I had two upgraded drinks, but unfortunately, the customer service representative messed up my account. It would have been nice if the staff at the restaurant had informed me that I could contact customer service and provided me with their phone number. Instead, I was just told they didn't have any information, and I had to look up the number myself, which was frustrating. Overall, that was a bit disappointing.
I was served by a young woman at the register who was exceptionally kind and eager to assist me. However, I found Suzie, who I believe is a manager, to be quite rude and abrasive. This isn't my first unpleasant experience at this location, as they often seem to be understaffed. I want to highlight, though, that all the other staff members I encountered today were polite, professional, and attentive! It's just unfortunate that Suzie's attitude marred my visit.
I've visited this location several times, and unfortunately, the baristas don't seem to know how to make drinks correctly or pay attention to app orders. On one occasion, the pumpkin press I ordered had barely any pumpkin flavor. On another visit, I received iced drinks even though I had specifically ordered them hot. I truly enjoy Caribou drinks when they're made properly, but I've decided to switch to a different location for more consistent quality.
I typically don't go to Caribou because their coffee can be a bit expensive, but I've had the pleasure of meeting the manager a few times, and he’s amazing. My first visit was on my birthday, and my free drink wasn’t showing up in the system. He made sure I still got my complimentary birthday drink and was so kind about it. The baristas at this location seem to struggle with preparing drinks correctly and often overlook app orders. On two separate occasions, my pumpkin press barely had any pumpkin flavor. Moreover, they served my drinks iced when I had specifically requested them to be hot. I usually enjoy Caribou drinks when they’re made right, but this time I had to find another place.
The service is consistently disappointing, as the food often arrives cold instead of hot, and the flavors are often off. In contrast, the location in City Vue provides a much more reliable experience and is quicker in serving customers.

This Caribou location has very slow drink preparation times. I recommend going to the one on Yankee Doodle instead; you'll definitely appreciate the time you save!
