I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service from a male employee. I regret not getting his name, but it was clear he wasn't happy in his role. To make matters worse, my mocha was served so hot that it burned my tongue. As someone who works at Starbucks and has friends who work at Caribou, I can confidently say this was some of the worst service I've encountered. I won't be returning, and I suggest others find a different Caribou for a better experience.
The staff here is really friendly. However, I wouldn't recommend ordering the nitro. It seems that they have their machines set up so that you can only get a half cup if you order it, even if you only plan to have it for a minute or two. If you're specifically looking for nitro, you might be better off visiting an independent coffee shop or Starbucks.
I am treated so nicely here. I order here quite regularly since it is close to my work and take advantage of the pick up order feature on their app since there is no drive thru. It is normally busy when I come in so I love walking in, seeing my coffee waiting for me and walking right out. Staff are so amazing here!

Unharmed. These people get it! New Year 2022: You are open to today and apologize for the inconvenience that is nice of them. CASHIER was EXPERICED, BRIGHT and EFFICIENT. That's great. My drink was ready in about 90 seconds, that's ERLÄUFIG. Barista fired on all cylinders.

I love that someone else brews my coffee, and it's always the best! It's also a fantastic spot to pick up a gift card for the mailman or anyone else who does something nice for you. Definitely worth a visit!
