The staff at this location are fantastic! I arrived just after 4 PM and had trouble deciding what to order since I don't visit Caribou very often. The young woman who took my order was very helpful and friendly. The employee who handed me my drink also had a big, warm smile. Even though she was wearing a mask, her cheerful expression was evident. Overall, it was a great experience!
The young woman who took our order was truly exceptional. I wish I knew her name so she could be personally acknowledged by her management. The drinks were prepared quickly and were absolutely delicious, just like the chocolates.
