This is a wonderful spot for coffee and bagels. The bagels are quite tasty, and there are some great deals available as well. It’s a Caribou Coffee, but keep in mind that there’s no drive-thru option. The interior is consistently clean and well-organized. The staff are always friendly and patient. Parking can be a bit tricky due to other businesses sharing the lot, and there's also a Cup and Cone right next door. Overall, it's an excellent place to grab your coffee, and you can easily place orders for pick-up.
The caribou app messed up and sent my order here instead of the right place. I tried to call to cancel it but no one picked up. I called three more times and still no one picked up and the phone kept ringing. Not sure how to get help if no one picks up. Luckily the caribou at 1080 highway was very sweet and helped me out. Update: Caribou has reached out to apologize and refund me my tip and added a perk. I appreciate the guest relations for doing this!
This is our neighborhood coffee and bagel shop. The service is always friendly and efficient. There are often familiar faces from the community, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. It's a lovely place to visit, whether solo or with friends. You can choose to sit indoors or enjoy the outdoor seating. The place is always clean, and there's plenty of parking available. Access is also quite convenient.
I had a great experience at this restaurant today! The location was very clean and the staff were friendly. I ordered a dozen bagels, and I was impressed by how they individually wrapped each cinnamon sugar bagel. I ended up mixing them all together, but I really appreciated their extra effort. The service and attitude were excellent, but my coffee wasn't particularly impressive. However, I did enjoy my breakfast.
The young lady who assisted us was incredibly friendly! I would return just for the chance to be helped by her again!
