It is unacceptable that the young woman working at this restaurant is not being adequately compensated for her efforts. It is difficult to type out this review, and if they do not treat their employees well, it does not matter what the rest of the review says. Coffee is not worth paying for if it comes at the expense of unfair treatment of employees. To the staff at this establishment, never let anyone diminish your worth. You deserve to be treated with respect by everyone, even if your bosses say otherwise.
There has been multiple times where I’ve gotten a drink and it tastes so bad. I work at Caribou and know how they should taste. The service is alright but sometimes the drinks are 50/50.
I wish Caribou would make more efforts to make their service more sustainable. There is no recycling or composting available at this restaurant.

The coffee was fantastic and the baristas, despite being very busy, did a fantastic job of looking after the customers!
I always enjoy the Caribou experience. it seems from the customer side that caribou takes care of his employees.
