I am extremely grateful to the staff member at Caribou Poutine (I believe he was the manager) on July 3rd for his awareness of allergens and cross-contamination. As someone with Coeliac disease, I appreciate having gluten-free options on the menu, especially when I want to enjoy a meal after a few drinks! The staff member informed me that he couldn't prepare my original order due to concerns about cross-contamination, which I truly appreciated. It’s always better to be safe! The vegan Biscoff cake was incredible! The gravy and fries were perfect! The BBQ ranch chicken was excellent, and the salt and pepper chicken was outstanding as well! Kudos to the poutine! There’s a wonderful variety of flavors, though I do wish the space were a bit larger so we could stay longer. Price per person: £10–20. Food: 4. Service: 5. Atmosphere: 4.
