First of all very poor customer service. No skills , The lady does not know how to speak properly or much talk to her customer.. she's basically telling us do not pay with your debit or credit card. Pay cash only. There is no sign Said cash only here!! thenshe told my brother I wouldn't be selling you food back if you pay with card. Basically trying to bypass the IRS... This isconsidered fraud in the United States of America
My first visit to them was very rude by the guy at front desk.order few things and he over charge me by $40.make me what I did not order and tell me oh you can give someone really.food was tasteless.please don't ever buy food from this place no goodcustomer service either from the lady.he did not give back money either.never ever will I come here again or ask others people to buy tasteless food from here.
Customer Service sucks.i found a long hair in the fried rice. The guy at the counter likes to curse and abuse Customers. Make sure you asked for price when you order over the phone. When you go to pick up they give you a higher price. I will neversupport carifesta restaurant ever again.

Customer service sucks. I ordered vegetable fried rice for my sister who is a vegetarian and they gave me chicken fried rice. Called to tell them be careful on how they?re serving customers and they hung up on me.
The food was quite delicious. However, if I'm paying $14 or $15 for a meal, I expect a decent portion size. The prices are higher than average, yet the portions are quite small.
I had an amazing experience with the fresh food here for the first time, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you, Chef!
