My wife is from Middle Village, and we make it a point to visit this restaurant every time we're in NYC. The Veal Parm Hero is one of my all-time favorites. The pizza was average and definitely not deserving of a 4.6 rating. They only offered fresh regular pizza, while the other varieties appeared stale. Although they advertised coal oven pizza, the one I tried did not meet that standard.
I absolutely love her special pizzas. I ordered a Margherita pizza and a white slice, and they were both delicious. The atmosphere here is lovely, with beautiful people all around. Overall, I definitely recommend visiting this place!
My favorite pizza establishment hands down. This is the real deal. I wish they had a Carlo's in Vegas because all the pizza places that I have been to are junk. I miss you guys!
