Normally I like this location. Tonight two problems: 1)I asked for light barbecue sauce, but instead they put triple barbecue sauce, soaking both buns in it. I had to throw one bun away and scrape sauce off the chicken and lettuce with two napkins. 2)The vanilla milkshake was REALLY THIN with a lot of milk and tasted more like milk than vanilla. I tried calling there four times over a 2-hour period to report this to the manager but the phone keeps ringing and then hangs up. So I left this review instead.
I rated the service poorly because the employee refused to give me the key to use the restroom until I placed my order. So, I went ahead and ordered first. After receiving my food, I saw the same employee give the restroom key to another customer who hadn’t even ordered. That customer then walked right out the main entrance without making a purchase. The employee didn’t say a word throughout. I felt discriminated against. Overall, it was terrible customer service.
This restaurant is always clean and I highly recommend downloading their app because you can earn points for free items. Their burgers are significantly better, plus you can get two burgers and a large drink for just $5.50. Skip McDonald's and come here instead; they fry everything on the grill rather than just reheating it. The dining area is clean, and the staff is friendly!
I hadn't been to Carl's Jr in some time. Food has definitely dropped in quality. Counter person could not understand my request for no onions. Clean restaurant.

The caramel pretzel milkshake is absolutely incredible—I'd rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. It's an absolute must-try!
Carl's appeal used to be the place to be if you wanted a good fast food ɓurger. My last visit is my last visit.
