Drive through order taker was rude and incompetents. He can't get my coupon to apply in the orders and told me to pay full price.. i asked for manager and its magically works. I ordered their bacon burger with lemonade drink and i was given water lime, it taste weird and i have to dump it all. what a waste of time. How does this place stay in business? not alot of people during peak hours.
Perhaps we arrived too late as the lettuce was not crunchy, the tomatoes were a bit soggy, and the bread was pressed too much. Despite that, the taste was still good. We will give it another try in a few months, maybe coming earlier in the day.

The food here is fresh and made to order, with quick service. This Carls Jr. location is fantastic and the food is always hot and delicious. I have never had a bad meal here, I love this restaurant. Carl is the best. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I usually have a good experience here with the woman who works. The morning crew however constantly burns my pattie’s so bad i can’t take. bite without an extra crunch which can be nice but not in this scenario lol
Drive through order taker was rude when asked a question about a menu item. Isn 't there a picture of it . Totally unnecessary. She needs to learn how to be polite to her customers.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. They brought me water and coffee. Afterward, I was given the key to the customer restroom and had a pleasant experience.
