They surprised me in a good way by mixing up my order—rather than the biscuit I requested, I got a second breakfast sandwich, which I didn’t mind at all. Both sandwiches were quite delicious. Carl’s Jr., similar to Hardee’s on the East Coast, can be hit or miss. The ingredients tend to be better than average, and the overall experience usually depends on the staff’s motivation, which is shaped by management and the franchise owner. At this location, at least during my visit, everything seemed to be running well. The service was friendly, and although the drive-thru was a little slow, the food arrived hot.
