I ordered a superstar with cheese and no mayo. I got home and it was stale and no cheese. I'm not eating this. And I'm not getting back in my car. So disappointed. Drive thru places mess up more than half the time. I'm adding on to this review months later. Just got home with my food and got comfy. Food looks so gross I have to return it. Pathetic
Not only is Carl's Jr the best fast food in Torrance they are also blessed with the most honest and trustworthy staff I know of in the South Bay. A very special shout out to the manager, Giermo, who found my dropped wallet and performed a wonderful bit of detective work to locate me and return it! God bless that wonderful gentleman!
amazing service and great staff, i believe Manuela was the worker there she had amazing customer service and made my order just how i wanted it. the chicken stars were also super fresh and tasty!

They are charging hidden fees. It's ridiculous. Order a 12$ combo, then told it would be 19$ stay away from this location. They are scamming you
