I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. Maria was very rude. I ordered a nine-piece popper and asked about my order. I’ve never been charged for ranch at any other place, but they told me I would have to pay for it before processing my card. To make things worse, she ended up charging my card twice for the order. Overall, the customer service was awful, and I won't be returning.
This location's solid, I've been here many times. Tried the Double Wraptor Beyond Burger today. It's good, not great. Beyond meat substitute is pretty good, even by carnivore standards, but the leaf lettuce tasked with holding the sandwich together is a fail. Just make it a bowl and offer me a fork.
The service was excellent, and the tables and floors were well-maintained. The prices were fair, and the food was delicious. The parking lot was sufficient, and the area surrounding the restaurant was enjoyable. A nice perk was that there was no wait time, making the experience even better.

I'm a regular at this Carl's Jr and my cashier was very helpful. I don't believe these reviews about her, cashier's name is Iezel Tracy I believe. My order was correct and made sure I have everything I need. Will come again for sure!
The drive thru was clean the employee was helpful. The food was good. I give them five stars for speed taste and cleanliness.Parking: Don't have to worry about parking there's lots of it.
We t through the drive through, the cashier was nice but the service was slow, and I spent 15 on a meal for them to tell me I could only have one ranch for my fries? Lame.
