Carl's Jr. closes at an unpredictable time around 2 AM. If you're in the drive-thru line, you'll be told at the order speaker that they've just closed, citing computer issues until 4 AM. If you decide to back out after waiting for what feels like a long time, staff may come outside to yell at you and even take photos or videos with their phones. They usually reopen around 5 AM. This was an experience with Carl's Jr. that I definitely did not expect.
They close at some random time around 2 am. If you're waiting in the drive thru line they will tell you at the order speaker that they just closed...The computers are down till 4 am will be their excuse.If you back up your car to leave after waiting so long to order they will come out of the restaurant and yell at you and take pictures/video with their phones.They reopen around 5 am or so.This was a new taste of Carls Jr. I never expected.
The food is very good for the price, but I was disappointed by the "open 24 hours" sign. I stopped by on my way to work around 2:30 am, and on my last two visits, either their system was down (which seems to happen often) or they had already closed after serving their last customer. Is it possible that the new staff believes an 18-hour day qualifies as a 24-hour operation?
I go there for the breakfast burritos, I always have bacon in my burrito and I never seem to say it enough to make sure it's crispy. They are the only Carls that listens to me. I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes without anyone taking my order, so I drove off. After reading other reviews, I definitely won’t be coming back. The car in front of me didn’t even stop at the pickup window and just drove through.
This is one of the better cargls Jr's I've been to the food was fresh the lettuce was crispy not wilted the drive thur was fast and courteous I would recommend this Carl's Jr's anyday
Food was fine. But employee should be masking up if they're serving the public. For everyone safety. Isn't that what's important. I have to where I work.
