Then, the manager on the line threatened us, insisting we would not call their store again, mentioning something about caller ID and a health inspector. It turned out that my brother had indeed called them the previous day solely to inquire about his job application—nothing regarding an inspection or complaint. After our distressing and disrespectful conversation, we clarified that we had the wrong number multiple times. If I could give this Carl’s Jr no stars then I would! I placed an order through the App and When I was half way through my fries I found a big piece of glass in my fries! Don’t understand how people that are preparing/ packaging your food can miss this! I tried to call them to let them know but can’t even talked to anyone that works there because the number is not in service! People please check your food if you decide to eat here, this Carl’s Jr is the one I’ve came to for years and I won’t be coming back here again!
The one star goes towards the owner of this establishment. I feel bad for the ladies who work here they literally have no help. They cut employees and raised the prices thinking they would save money by cutting workers but they’re losing money because people are walking out. GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES HELP!

I was just in this place this morning and the food is terrible, my breakfast was disgusting and the cashier was super rude. If you don't like your job, you better leave.
